ASEM HAD THAT STAR QUALITY FROM DAY ONE – RICHIE MENSAH
The CEO and Producer of Lynx Entertainment didn’t mince words about ASEM’s star quality during an interview.
Richie Mensah was a guest on the 3FM Showbiz927 when host Caleb Nii Boye asked about his former signee ASEM.
Caleb asked what the veteran producer and manager saw in the Ghanaian rapper and Richie did not mince words in describing how much “Star Quality” he thinks ASEM has and how long he has had it.
“He’s one of those people that the talent was there, the charisma was there,” he said. “Knowing how to get attention from people was there. Certain things were just given to him.”
He went on describe what that Star Quality he was talking about was to Caleb, saying that: “Certain people were just given star quality. You can’t teach that. You can teach someone how to sing. You can teach someone how to dance. You can teach someone how to perform. But you can’t teach Star Quality.”
Richie added: “ASEM had it from Day One. I think I’ve been good at being able to spot that Star Quality, and he has always had it.”
