RICHIE MENSAH SHARES THE REASONS FOR ASEM LEAVING LYNX ENTERTAINMENT

CEO and producer of Lynx Entertainment has given the details as to what led to ASEM eventually leaving the Lynx brand.

Richie Mensah was asked by Caleb Nii Boi during the 3FM showbiz927 about the events that led to the split between Lynx Entertainment and former Signee ASEM.

Richie was very open about the situation, explaining the sequence of events to the host during the show.

“I remember when the r*pe case thing was about to break,” Richie told Caleb. “The day before, someone contacted us from the newspaper that had the story and told us they had seen the article and were letting us know about it so we would prepare for it. When the paper finally came, what shocked us was they had already interviewed ASEM about it and he hadn’t told us. “

Richie added there was a response in the statement that caught the team’s attention and they they acted on that, saying: “In his response he said that he was going to leave it for his new management to handle it. So we decided to leave it for his new management.”

The record producer also highlighted some issues that about after a GLO deal that ASEM signed during the interview.

He told Caleb about it during the show, saying: “We signed a two year deal which was supposed to be paid in four installments. The label only enjoyed the first installment, and for the rest ASEM informed them to pay him directly, which was against the contract.
