Put some respect on Shatta’s name, he controls the streets in London – Caleb Nii Boye

Caleb Nii Boye, a Ghanaian entertainment journalist has affirmed the influence of Reggae Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale among the Ghanaian community in London.

According to Caleb, the “On God” hitmaker has a very vibrant market among the Ghanaian community in London.

“Shatta Wale is whoever he says he is, maybe I should say he controls the Ghanaian community on streets of London as well. Put some respect on his name” he said.

Caleb Nii Boye made this assertion in a Facebook post on May 3, 2024.

Shatta Wale delivered an electrifying performance at Medikal’s concert at the O2 Indigo earlier this year and followed up with another during the Daddy Lumba show in London.

Speaking to Caleb, he said- after attending Ghanaian shows for the past 10 months in the UK, he feels its only fair to make such assertions because anytime he attends these events, shatta music is largely responded to by the fans.
